Located on the traditional country of the Yugambeh, Kombumerri, and Bundjalung peoples, our services are designed to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking help with their health and well-being. Whether you need harm reduction tools, counselling, or treatment support, our team is here to help.

Needle and Syringe Program (NSP)
We provide access to safe injecting equipment and offer harm reduction support through our Southport Health Precinct and Burleigh Heads locations. Drop by for the supplies you need and connect with our team for advice and assistance.
CheQpoint
CheQpoint was Queensland’s first free and confidential drug-checking service.
CheQpoint is no longer operating following legislative changes in Queensland. While the service has closed, its drug alerts, results and reports remain available online as a resource for the community.
Alcohol and Other Drug Counseling
Our counselling services are here to support you if you're looking to make changes in your drug use or if you're facing mental health concerns (dual diagnosis). We also offer counseling for family members, friends, or carers of individuals impacted by substance use.
Group Programs
QuIHN offers a variety of group programs for people impacted by substance use. These programs focus on mental health, family dynamics, and other challenges that often come alongside substance use. Connect with others in a safe, supportive space.
Hep C Testing & Treatment
QuIHN provides free, confidential Hepatitis C (Hep C) testing and treatment services across Queensland. Our team is here to support you at every step, from prevention and diagnosis to treatment and ongoing care, ensuring you have access to the help you need. We offer face-to-face and telehealth options.

GROUPS
MudMaps Group
Our MudMaps group is open to anyone making (or thinking about making) changes to their substance use, whether it’s opioids, amphetamines, alcohol or cannabis. Group topics are participant-led, with guidance from a trained facilitator.

MAISE Group (Mental Health and Illicit Substances Education)
The MAISE Group is designed for individuals seeking to address substance use and any associated mental health concerns (dual diagnosis). This program provides support, skill-building, and education and is an excellent addition to ongoing case management or counselling services. Before joining, you will be assessed by a case manager, support worker, or counsellor to ensure the program meets your needs.
Treehouse Parenting Group
The Treehouse Parenting Group offers a supportive space for parents navigating substance use and mental health challenges. The program focuses on building positive parenting skills, addressing parental concerns, and offering education on the effects of substance use and mental health on family life. It also provides guidance on child protection issues, where applicable.
